Acceptance Of Terms

By accessing or using CineFate, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service

CineFate turns a short story premise and one fictional opening image into an ongoing photorealistic AI-generated video story. While a scene plays, two different continuations are prepared and you choose one; the story continues from the path you select. Generated scenes are AI-generated and carry an AI-generated label. “Photorealistic” describes the fictional visual style and never claims that a character or performance is a real person. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when needed.

Accounts

Generation requires an account with a verified email address. Each verified account includes the opening and the first real choice once. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.

Opening-Image And Usage Rules

• Upload only images of fictional characters you created, generated, commissioned, or otherwise have the right to use.
• Content must be safe for work. Celebrity or public-figure recreation, identity cloning, deepfakes, unauthorized identifiable-person likenesses, existing IP, and copyrighted characters without authorization are prohibited.
• Your opening image is used only for your story, is not used for model training or another user’s story, and is not automatically reused in a new story.
• Attempts to bypass story or safety controls are prohibited.

Story Steps, Credits, And Refunds

Continuing a story after the included first choice uses Story Step credits, sold as one-time credit packs. One Story Step funds two prepared continuations; you choose and watch one, and the unselected continuation is part of the cost of keeping both paths ready. If moderation rejects an input or generation fails before producing a paid Story Step, those credits are not consumed. Purchases follow the terms shown at checkout and applicable provider rules.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, violate laws, infringe third-party rights, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt systems, or submit harmful content.

Your Content

You retain rights to the premises and opening images you supply. We store and process them only to provide the service described in these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated. You may stop using the service and delete your stories or account at any time.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to use of the service.
