The opening and each selected continuation cost 10 credits. We only generate the path you choose. Credits are reserved when generation starts and settled on successful delivery; terminal failed delivery returns them.

Subscription credits reset each month. The yearly plan includes 100 credits each month, rather than 1,200 upfront. One-time pack credits never expire and are used after subscription credits.

Cancel renewal from your dashboard. Your paid term continues, including monthly credit refills through a paid annual term. One-time pack credits are unaffected.

Yes. Your story and selected choice stay saved. Return to the player after payment. Your balance refreshes automatically; select “Continue story” when you are ready to generate the next scene.

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the current billing period.

If you request a refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment and have not substantially used paid features, we will refund that payment in full. If you request a refund within 48 hours of a renewal charge and have not used paid features since that renewal, we will refund the renewal. Otherwise, subscription payments are non-refundable, and we do not give partial refunds for unused time.

An unused credit pack can be refunded in full within 7 days of purchase. Once any credits from a pack have been used, that pack is non-refundable.

If a paid action fails because of a problem on our side, we will restore the credits used or refund the charge.

Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout and include your order ID or receipt. We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank or PayPal may take 5–10 business days to show them.
